Welcome to Our Class
Welcome to Ms. Brandon’s Second Grade.  We are going to be Movie Stars and Reading Stars and Math Stars and Writing Stars and Science Stars too. Every student in our class is a STAR and is interested in doing their best and working to help others do their best also.  
What We Do We have been really busy this year! Beginning in the first week of school, we created our first movie using Paul McCartney’s, “Dance Tonight” and our OWN version called “Learn Today”. We made another movie about technology called Second Grade Soul Man. Our movie premiered at the PTO. We performed for the Lauderdale County School Board and the Recognized Student Program. We have been busy with Readers’ Theater and centers in class and our field trip to the Memphis Zoo was great fun!
